Achievement Day Registration

All registrations must be submitted on-line by Friday, February 18, 2011.

Registering your students for Achievement Day is fast and easy. Follow these steps:

• Review the Achievement Day Policies and Requirements.
• Fill out the teacher information.
• Fill out student information and repertoire for each student.
• Mark siblings who need to be scheduled together.
• Review your registrations and select your form of payment.

You have two options to pay registration fees:

• Pay on-line through a secure transaction with PayPal.
• Send a check by mail.
